Partner Anna Zorya is Head of Corporate / M&A and Commercial practices of Arzinger, specializing in the representation of clients and financial institutions in M&A, cross-border financing and other transactions at the capital market and debt financing.

Prior to joining Arzinger Anna was a partner of Ulysses Law firm, where she headed Corporate and M&A Practice and co-chairs Real Estate Practice of the firm. She regularly handled corporate finance, structured finance and other finance transactions representing both borrowers and lenders.

Before, Anna worked first in corporate and M&A practice and later in tax practice of Magisters.

Anna served many of the largest international and domestic companies, including Alfa Group, Eurofoods, Goldman Sachs, Gooioord, ING Bank, Microsoft, Pernod Ricard, and Saint-Gobain. Anna represented INN International, Germany, in acquisition of 50% in USD 150 million project and setting up a cross-border joint venture involving development and operation of the first 5-star Hilton hotel in Kyiv, Ukraine. She advised Alfa-Bank Ukraine on cross-border tax structuring aspects in connection with USD 2 billion and USD 1 billion cross-border structured finance transactions.
