He has 10 years of experience in the public service (Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economics, the Presidential Administration). He was responsible for cooperation with international financial institutions, foreign investment, foreign trade regulations, as well as the financial recovery of troubled banks.
He was engaged in investment banking, specialized in attracting investment and financial consulting for companies of agricultural sector, trade and media business.
He also coordinated the IPO of the agricultural holding "Astarta" on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, headed the Department of Investor Relations of that holding.
He got degree in economics and mathematics at Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University, and MBA degree at MIM-Kyiv.
